Since 2019, Raja Azwa has been a Senior Consultant and Coach for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium sized enterprises), offering services in advisory, HRBP, the REVIVE program, HR Audit, transformation, and change management. She has worked with over 50 clients. 

As a sought-after trainer, she has conducted team-building sessions, collaborated with LADA Langkawi and YPU Terengganu, and coached for Klinik Usahawan Selangor and PKNS. She has facilitated SME programs for PUNB and covered HR topics for PKNS GROW and GROW PLUS. She also delivered a session titled ‘Data Berintegriti HRMIS 2.0’ for Tourism Malaysia.
